General Returns

Eligibility Criteria:
Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if:

•  Incorrect Product: The item delivered does not match the website description.
•  Manufacturing Defect: The product has a quality defect or arrived damaged.

The Artisanal Nature of Our Products

All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time. Minor pinholes, slight variations in color tone (affected by screen resolutions), shape, or size are hallmarks of the artisanal process and are not regarded as defects.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Returns based on personal preference (likes/dislikes). We recommend ordering a sample first.
• Gift cards and downloadable software.
• Select health and personal care items.

Return Process

If your purchase meets the criteria above, please email info@thecovetales.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

1. Order Number & Delivery Address.
2. Reason for return.
3. The mandatory unboxing video and clear images of the defect.

Note: Requests sent after 48 hours of delivery cannot be considered.

Bulk, B2B & Export Orders

•  Sample Orders: We encourage purchasing a single sample before committing to bulk orders to evaluate quality.
•  Cancellations: Bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
•  Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible bulk returns.
•  International Exports: Due to high logistics costs, international orders are non-returnable. We ensure rigorous QC before dispatch for all global shipments.
