This website is operated by The Cove Tales Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Cove Tales. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including all policies referenced herein.

Section 1 – Eligibility & Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You may not use our products for any unauthorized or illegal purpose. A breach of any Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Section 2 – Fragile Goods & Mandatory Unboxing Video

IMPORTANT :   Given the fragile nature of ceramics and glassware, a clear, unedited unboxing video (starting from the original courier seal) is mandatory to claim any damage or shortage. Claims must be reported via WhatsApp at +91-7303159494 within 48 hours of delivery. In the absence of a valid unboxing video, The Earth Store reserves the right to reject replacement requests.

Section 3 – Product Accuracy & Artisanal Variations

Our products are often handcrafted or kiln-fired. Minor variations in glaze, color tone, and texture are natural characteristics of the artisanal process and are not considered defects. We strive to display product colors accurately, but monitor settings may affect your perception.

Section 5 – Marketplace Purchases

For products purchased via third-party platforms (e.g.,Amazon, Myntra, Zepto, Blinkit & Flipkart ), the respective platform’s shipping, return, and refund policies shall apply. The Earth Store is responsible only for fulfillment as per the marketplace’s specific agreement.

Section 6 – B2B & Bulk Orders

B2B, corporate gifting, and export orders are subject to separate commercial terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, bulk orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production or dispatch has commenced. Full advance payment is standard for all B2B transactions.

Section 7 – Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to lifestyle photography, product designs, and brand graphics, is the exclusive property of The Cove Tales. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or ‘scraping’ of content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Section 8 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi, Delhi.
